Manager close-out

Corrected significant food safety risks immediately.
Documented corrective action where required in HutBot/current food safety process.
Entered same-day work orders for repair items that cannot be corrected in the restaurant.
Every pest, training/certification, sanitizer, or facility follow-up has a clear owner and completion date.
Rechecked every deviation before leaving and verified the corrected behavior with the Team Member.
Coached the miss: explained the standard, demonstrated the fix, and had the Team Member repeat it back.
