Scoring Rules
Composite = Stars Earned
Total stars from the 5-Star Scorecard across Win Score, U18 and Hutbot (max 15). Highest star total wins the week. WIN: 1★ below 42, 2★ 42–48.99, 3★ 49–54.99, 4★ 55–61.99, 5★ 62+. U18: 1★ 0–34.99, 2★ 35–43.99, 3★ 44–52.99, 4★ 53–69.99, 5★ 70+. Hutbot: 1★ 0–79.99, 2★ 80–84.99, 3★ 85–89.99, 4★ 90–94.99, 5★ 95–100.
Minimums
Win Score must reach 49% (3 Star), U18 44% (3 Star), and Hutbot 95% (5 Star). Any metric below its floor earns 0 stars; a store earning 0 stars in all three metrics receives 0 weekly points.
Weekly Points
1st–9th: 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0.
Tiebreakers
Higher Win Score, then U18, Hutbot, then PTD Sales.
How Scoring Really Works
Five steps, every week. Stores are only ever compared to the other stores inside their own sales quintile.

Earn stars on all three metrics
Each of WIN, U18 and HutBot earns 1–5 stars from the 5-Star Scorecard bands. Added together that is your weekly composite — a maximum of 15 stars. There is no averaging of percentages.

Clear the mandatory floors
WIN must reach 49%, U18 44%, HutBot 95%. A metric under its floor earns 0 stars — not a 1 or 2. Miss all three and the week is worth 0 points, whatever the placement.

Rank inside your quintile
Stores are sorted by total stars, highest first, against their quintile peers only. Ties break by higher WIN → higher U18 → higher HutBot → PTD Sales.

Collect weekly points for where you finish
1st through 9th in your quintile pays 10 · 8 · 6 · 5 · 4 · 3 · 2 · 1 · 0. Points from Weeks 1–6 stack into the season standings.

Win the quintile, earn a seed
The points leader in each quintile after Week 6 becomes Quintile Champion and is seeded 1–5 for the Week 7 play-in, Week 8 semifinals and the Week 9 Super Bowl.

The lesson in this example
Store C posted a respectable 93.8% HutBot — better than most weeks — but because it sat under the 95% floor it scored zero stars for that metric and dropped two places. Store D was under every floor, so it earned no stars and no points at all. Being strong in one or two metrics does not carry a week; all three have to clear their floor first, then climb the bands.
